I'm an IT support specialist in the Washington, D.C. area. Since 2022 I've supported federal users: first on the Department of Energy service desk, then on Treasury contracts with RCG and ActioNet.
My focus is Apple devices and mobile device management: Tier 2/3 Mac support, the iPhone and iPad fleet in Intune and XenMobile, and zero-touch enrollment through Apple Business Manager. I'm also the escalation point for Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy issues, and I write the SOPs that let the next tech close the same ticket.
Outside work I build tools: an asset tracker, an Intune packaging pipeline, and automations that keep IT documentation organized.
